摘 要:为明确薏苡黑穗病菌冬孢子在自然环境下的萌发情况,研究了不同温度、碳源、氮源、培养基、pH、光照等条件对冬孢子萌发的影响,并测定了冬葩子萌发的致死温度。结果表明:温度过高或者过低均抑制其萌发,薏苡黑穗病菌冬孢子萌发的适宜温度为25%2,72h时各温度对冬孢子萌发的影响其差异显著;中性和偏酸条件有利于冬孢子萌发,适宜pH为5~7;不同碳源和氮源中,72h时的冬孢子萌发较好的碳源和氮源分别是乳糖和苯丙氨酸,且它们与其它碳源和氮源间差异显著;燕麦和薏苡液体培养基对冬胞子的萌发相对较好;光暗交替和全黑暗利于冬孢子的萌发,紫外光可抑制冬孢子的萌发;薏苡黑穗病菌冬孢子的致死温度为59℃10min。In order to find out the teliospore germination conditions of Ustilago coicis in the field, this article tested the effect of different temperatures, carbon source, nitrogen source, medium, pH, light and lethal temperatures on the teliospore germination. The results showed that teliospore germination was inhibited by extremely high or low temperature, the optimum temperature for the teliospore germination was 25℃. The neural and acid condition was conductive to the germination of teliospore, and the optimal pH was 5-7;Among different carbon and nitrogen source, lactose and phenylalanine were the best carbon and nitrogen source for the germination of teliospore, which showed significant differences with other carbon and nitrogen sources at 72 h. Oat meal and Job’s Tears liquid medium had relatively high germination rates of teliospore.Alternation of light and dark and total darkness were the appropriate conditions for teliospore germination, and ultraviolet light inhibited the germination of teliospores.The lethal temperature of U. coicis teliospore was 59 ℃ for 10 min.
