摘 要:基于模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)的高压直流(high voltage direct current,HVDC)输电工程在近年来出现了多起高频谐振事件:2015年西班牙–法国联网工程发生了频段在1.6kHz的高频谐振事件;2017年鲁西背靠背工程广西侧电压和电流出现1271Hz左右的高频分量;2018年渝鄂工程鄂侧和渝侧分别出现1810 Hz和700 Hz的高频振荡事件。这些高频振荡事件发生后导致换流站闭锁,由此产生的功率盈余/缺额将对接入的交流电网产生严重的冲击。首先回顾了国内外典型的MMC-HVDC高频振荡事件,并总结归纳振荡发生的机理;然后从柔性直流输电系统数学建模、高频振荡分析方法以及振荡抑制策略等角度对研究现状进行介绍和总结,指出目前研究中存在的难点和不足;最后对MMC-HVDC高频谐振问题的后续研究做出展望。Many high-frequency resonance events have been reported in high voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission projects based on modular multilevel converters(MMC)in recent years,for example,in 2015,a high-frequency resonance event in the 1.6 kHz frequency band occurred in Spain-France interconnection projects;in 2017,a high frequency component of about 1271 Hz was observed in the voltage and current on the Guangxi side of the Luxi back-to-back project;in 2018,high-frequency oscillation events of 1810 Hz and 700 Hz occurred on the Hubei and Chongqing sides of the Yu-E Project,respectively.The occurrence of these high-frequency oscillation events resulted in the blockage of the converter stations,and the resulting power surplus/deficiency had a serious impact on the connected AC grid.This paper introduces typical MMC-HVDC high-frequency oscillation events around the world.On this basis,the mechanism of high frequency oscillation is illustrated.Then,the modeling and stability analysis are reviewed.Moreover,oscillation mitigation strategies are summed up,and limitations of strategies proposed in recent research are analyzed.Finally,future research perspectives regarding the high frequency oscillation in MMC-HVDC are pointed out.
