摘  要:电场对绝缘子的积污特性有显著影响,为了深入分析电场强度对玻璃绝缘材料表面积污特性的影响,在恒温、恒湿、静风环境下进行了人工积污试验。研究了交、直流电场下玻璃试片表面积污量与平板玻璃试片周围空间电场强度的关系,并通过真型玻璃绝缘子的积污试验对前述试验结论进行了验证。试验结果表明:交流电场对试片上表面积污量的影响不大;直流电场会加重试片表面的积污,但存在临界场强,高于该场强时,电场对积污的促进作用逐渐减弱,正、负极性电场下该临界场强分别为2 kV/cm和1.5 kV/cm;高湿环境会削弱电场对积污特性的影响;电场对平板试片与真型绝缘子积污特性的影响类似。Electric field has a significant effect on the contamination accumulation characteristics of insulators.In order to deeply study the influence of electric field intensity on the contamination accumulation characteristics of glass material,the experiments of artificial contamination accumulation under the windless environment of constant temperature and humidity were carried out in this paper.The relationship between the amount of contamination accumulated to the surface of specimen and the electric field intensity under the AC and DC electric fields was studied.Furthermore,the conclusions were verified by the artificial contamination accumulation tests of glass insulator.Test results are as follows:under AC electric field,the electric field intensity has a negligible effect on the amount of contamination accumulated on the upper surface.Under DC electric field,electric filed promotes the contamination accumulation.There is a critical electric field intensity,when the electric field intensity is higher than the critical intensity,the promoting effect of electric field is gradually weakened.Under positive and negative electric fields,the critical electric field intensities are 2 kV/cm and 1.5 kV/cm,respectively.The influence of electric field on contam-ination characteristics is weakened in a high-humidity environment.The effect of electric field on the contamination accumulation characteristics of specimen is similar to that of insulator.
