摘  要:随着电子信息技术的不断发展,电磁屏蔽材料的研究及应用受到重视。FeSiAl磁性粉末材料由于其优秀的电磁干扰和吸波性能,以及低廉的成本和广泛的应用范围成为电磁材料中的研究热点。从FeSiAl粉末的制备、粉末的绝缘包覆改性、粉末的压制成型及材料的后续热处理四部分系统介绍了FeSiAl粉末制备电磁材料的国内外研究进展及应用。对FeSiAl磁粉制备电磁材料进行了总结及展望,对FeSiAl磁粉制备电磁材料的进一步发展研究提供参考。With the continuous development of electronic information technology,the research and application of electromagnetic shielding materials have received attention.The FeSiAl magnetic powder material has become a research hotspot in electromagnetic materials due to its excellent electromagnetic interference and wave absorbing properties,as well as low cost and wide application range.From four aspects:the preparation of FeSiAl powder,insulation coating modification of powder,powder compression molding and material subsequent heat treatment,the research progress and application of prepared by FeSiAl powder electromagnetic materials were systematically introduced in the domestic and foreign.Finally,the preparation of electromagnetic materials prepared by FeSiAl magnetic powder were summarized,which provided references for the further development of electromagnetic materials prepared by FeSiAl magnetic powder.
