摘  要:采用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了Zr_(48)Cu_(36)Ag_(8)Al_(8)非晶合金的等温晶化行为,利用类JMA方程分析其等温晶化动力学。对该合金进行XRD和TEM分析。结果表明:在等温晶化过程中,形核激活能为319~354 kJ/mol,生长激活能为210~215 kJ/mol。随着等温温度升高,两者呈逐渐降低的趋势。晶化产物随着时间的延长,由Al_(2)Zr、Al_(3)Zr_(4)、CuZr及Cu_(10)Zr_(7)晶体相向AlAg_(3)、AlZr_(2)、ZrAg及Cu_(51)Zr_(14)转变,晶化产物的生长方式为三维界面扩散控制。The isothermal crystallization behavior of Zr_(48)Cu_(36)Ag_(8)Al_(8)amorphous alloy was studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The isothermal crystallization kinetics of the alloy was analyzed by class JMA equation.The XRD and TEM analysis of the alloy were carried out.The results show that during isothermal crystallization,the nuclear activation energy is 319-354 kJ/mol and the growth activation energy is 210-215 kJ/mol,which gradually decreases with the temperature increasing.The crystallization phases changes from Al_(2)Zr,Al_(3)Zr_(4),CuZr and Cu_(10)Zr_(7)to AlAg_(3),AlZr_(2),ZrAg and Cu_(51)Zr_(14)during isothermal heating.The growth mode of the crystallization is controlled by three-dimensional interfacial diffusion.
