摘  要:针对20Cr钢吊钩断裂的情况做了试验分析,采用扫描电镜对断口进行了检测,确定断口具有准解理断裂特征;使用洛氏硬度计对断裂吊钩外表面及心部做了力学性能测试,得到其硬度的平均值分别为52.9、30.8 HRC;使用直读光谱仪分别对吊钩外表面与心部做了化学成分检验;使用金相显微镜对断裂的起重吊钩的内部组织进行了检测。结果发现,材料内部存在铁素体与羽毛状上贝氏体共存的复相缺陷组织。最后对试验结果进行了分析总结,找到20Cr钢吊钩断裂的原因。The experimental analysis of the fracture of 20Cr steel hook was carried out.The fracture was detected by scanning electron microscope,and the fracture has the characteristics of quasi-cleavage fracture.The mechanical properties of the outer surface and the heart of the broken hook were tested by Rockwell hardness meter,the average hardness was 52.9 HRC and 30.8 HRC,respeltively.The chemical composition of the outer surface and center of the hook was tested by direct reading spectrometer.The internal structure of the broken lifting hook was detected by metallographic microscope.The results show that,there is a complex defect structure in which ferrite coexists with upper bainite in feather shape.Finally,the test results were analyzed and summarized,and the cause of fracture of 20Cr steel hook was found.
