摘  要:浅层套损不仅会影响油井长期稳产,还存在安全隐患。对于海上油田而言,浅层套损还会导致重大的环保风险。针对此问题,成功研发了一种新型化学封堵剂。该化学堵剂可形成具有一定强度的、相对致密的网架结构,驻留性强,初凝时间可调,并根据海上油田特点配套形成了施工工艺。该新型化学封堵剂在渤海J油田某浅层套损井首次成功应用,复测固井质量优,为该井恢复生产打下了坚实的基础,具有广阔的应用价值。Shallow casing damage not only affects the long-term stable production of oil wells,but also results in potential safety hazards.For offshore oil fields,it can even cause serious environmental risks.In response to this problem,a novel chemical plugging agent is successfully developed.The chemical plugging agent can form a relatively denser grid structure with a certain strength,strong retention,adjustable initial setting time.According to the characteristics of offshore oilfields,the operation process has been formed.This novel chemical plugging agent is successfully applied for the first time in a shallow casing-damaged well in Bohai J Oilfield and the retested cementing quality is excellent,which has laid a solid foundation for the well to resume production and has broad application value.
