摘　　要：分别使用丙烯酸乳液、苯丙乳液、聚偏氯乙烯乳液为主要成膜物,以多酚化合物复合植物单宁酸体系为主要转锈剂,添加磷酸酯类缓蚀剂,配合合适的渗透剂和防锈颜料,制备了适用于工业防腐领域的水性锈蚀转化底漆。对配方中各组分的影响因素进行了分析和讨论,对漆膜的附着力、耐水性、耐盐雾性和户外耐候性能进行了测试。实验结果表明,研制的水性锈蚀转化底漆可以将铁锈转化成稳定的络合物,具有良好的封闭性,能够有效阻止锈蚀的进一步蔓延。A waterborne rust conversion primer suitable for industrial corrosion protection is prepared by using acrylic emulsion,styrene acrylic emulsion and polyvinylidene chloride emulsion were used as the main film-forming materials respectively,polyphenol compound plant tannin system as the main rust transfer agent in addition to phosphate ester inhibitor,penetrant and rust preventive pigment,etc.The influencing factors of components in the formula are analyzed and discussed.The adhesion,water resistance,salt spray resistance and outdoor weather resistance of the film are tested.The experimental results show that the prepared waterborne rust conversion primer can transform rust into a stable complex which has good sealing ability and can effectively prevent the rust from spreading further.
