摘 要:在聚合物改性沥青中,橡胶沥青是一种最有应用前景、节能减排效果最佳的聚合物改性沥青。研究通过3种常用多孔性沸石改性高掺量橡胶沥青,并利用蓖麻油补充体系饱和分和芳香分含量,制备高掺量橡胶沥青,并研究沸石改性高掺量橡胶沥青全寿命周期能源消耗和环境污染物排放。结果表明:沸石可吸收高掺量橡胶沥青的挥发性有机物,降低50%以上的挥发性有机物。同时,对比常规橡胶沥青全寿命周期能耗和环境污染物排放标准,沸石改性高掺量橡胶沥青要节约20%以上的能源,可减少15%以上的环境污染物排放。高掺量橡胶沥青全寿命周期的评价可为高掺量橡胶沥青的推广与应用奠定良好的基础,对节能减排和促进经济发展具有显著的作用。Rubber modified asphalt(RMA)is a most promising and environmental friendly polymer modified asphalt.The three porous zeolites were selected to modify the HRMA,and oil was used to supplement the aromatics and saturates to prepare HRMA.Life-cycle energy consumption and pollutants emissions of HRMA were evaluated.The experimental results show that zeolites could adsorb the volatile original compounds(VOCs)and decrease the 50% of VOCs.Compare with the energy consumption and pollutants emissions of traditional RMA,it find that the zeolites modified HRMA can save the 20% energy consumption and decrease the 15% pollutants emissions.Life-cycle assessments(LCA)of HRMA can provide the fundamental data for the promoting and application of HRMA,and have a significant effect for saving energy and promoting economy development.
