摘 要:为研究磁化水水泥稳定碎石基层材料的干缩特性,确定生产磁化水水泥稳定碎石基层材料合适的磁化条件,使用普通水和GMX公司生产的GMX400、GMX800、GMX848型磁水器生产磁化水,拌和生产水泥剂量为5%,级配为骨架密实结构的水泥稳定碎石基层材料,进行干缩试验,研究不同磁化条件下的磁化水水泥稳定碎石基层材料与普通水水泥稳定碎石基层材料31d龄期干缩应变发展规律。研究发现,磁化水水泥稳定碎石基层材料抗干缩性能明显增强;使用3个GMX800型磁水器,水流速度225mL/s为生产磁化水水泥稳定碎石基层材料最合适的磁化条件,在该磁化条件下生产的磁化水水泥稳定碎石基层材料干缩应变比普通水水泥稳定碎石基层材料干缩应变可减小79.2%。In order to study the drying shrinkage characteristics of magnetized water cement stabilized macadam base material and determine the suitable magnetization conditions for producing magnetized water cement stabilized macadam base material,In this paper,ordinary water and GMX400,GMX800,GMX848 magnetic water devices produced by GMX Company are used to produce magnetized water.Cement stabilized macadam base materials with 5% cement dosage and dense skeleton structure are produced by mixing,and dry shrinkage tests are carried out to study the development law of dry shrinkage strain of magnetized water cement stabilized macadam base materials and ordinary water cement stabilized macadam base materials under different magnetization conditions at 31 dage.It is found that the dry shrinkage resistance of magnetized water cement stabilized macadam base material is obviously enhanced;Using three GMX800 magnetic water devices,the water flow speed of 225 mL/s is the most suitable magnetization condition for producing magnetized water cement stabilized macadam base material.The dry shrinkage strain of magnetized water cement stabilized macadam base material produced under this magnetization condition can be reduced by 79.2%compared with that of ordinary water cement stabilized macadam base material.
