摘 要:以膛口装置的参变量相互关系为研究对象,为提升自动机后坐行程中的制退效率,尤其是削弱射击时的后坐冲击,对膛口装置的制退特性开展理论和试验研究。建立膛口装置参变量仿真模型,分析各参变量变化对制退效率的影响,采用斯鲁霍斯基方法,对结构特征量K与制退效率、火药气体作用系数与弹丸初速的相互影响、膛口装置反射板面积与速度系数的关系、结构特征量的影响因素变化等进行计算分析,并与试验结果进行对比。研究结果表明,所建立的数学模型能够准确描述制退效率的变化规律,根据这一结果,可以结合不同需要对参变量进行优化设计,改进制退效率,均衡侧向冲击。Taking the relationship between parameters and variables of muzzle device as the research object,in order to improve the recoil efficiency of automatic mechanism,especially to weaken the recoil impact during shooting,the theoretical and experimental research on the recoil characteristics of muzzle device was carried out.The parameter simulation model of muzzle device was established to analyze the influence of parameter changes on recoil efficiency.The sruhowski method was used to calculate and analyze the interaction between structural characteristic quantity K and recoil efficiency,the interaction between propellant gas interaction coefficient and projectile muzzle velocity,the relationship between muzzle device reflector area and velocity coefficient,and the influence factors of structural characteristic quantity,while compared with the experimental results.All the results show that the established mathematical model can accurately describe the change law of the regression efficiency.According to these results,the parameters can be optimized according to different needs to improve the regression efficiency and balance the lateral impact.
