摘　　要：陕西省国际物流产业链条上的企业可分为五类。这些企业普遍规模较小、生存困难、要素管理粗放。应建立上下游和同种业态的企业联盟,以标准化服务和有效信息沟通加强客户关系管理,通过深化校企合作、打通信息传播渠道改进要素管理。The enterprises in the international logistics industry chain of Shaanxi Province can be divided into five categories.The local enterprises have some problems,such as small scale,difficult survival,extensive element management and so on.It is necessary to establish two forms of enterprise alliance:upstream and downstream and the same type of business,strengthen customer relationship management with standardized services and effective information communication,and improve element management by deepening school enterprise cooperation and opening up information communication channels.
