摘　　要：抗战胜利后,因应政治选举和新闻界的现实需要,厦门记者公会筹备成立。然而,因内部职员选举纠纷,部分会员公开宣布退会,导致公会陷于分裂。其后厦门记者公会与退会会员、主管官署围绕该会的合法性问题发生持续争论,矛盾不断发酵,背后派系缠斗若隐若现,导致记者公会沦为各种政治势力争夺政治资源的工具,最终被福建省政府明令停止活动。厦门记者公会纠纷事件凸显了1940年代中后期地方政治、派系斗争对职业团体的复杂影响,它不仅使职业团体异化为政治势力较量的工具,而且动摇了其存在的根基,反映了战后中国新闻记者群体构建职业共同体过程中的困局。After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,in response to the political elections and the actual needs of the press,the Xiamen Journalists Association prepared for the establishment.However,due to internal staff election disputes,some members announced their withdrawal,leading to the division of the guild.Since then,the Xiamen Press Association had to argue with the retired members and the competent authorities over the issue of the legitimacy of the association.Thus,conflicts were brewing constantly,and behindthe-scenes factional conflicts were looming.And the Journalists association became a tool for various political forces to compete for political resources,and was eventually shut down by the Fujian Provincial Government.Such an event highlights the complex influence of local politics and factional struggles on the professional groups in the middle and late 1940s,which not only alienated the professional groups into tools for political power struggles,but also shook the foundation of their existence.In a word,it reflected the dilemma in the process of constructing professional community for Chinese journalists after War.
