医用冷敷贴在血管活性药物所致外周静脉炎中应用的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨医用冷敷贴在血管活性药物所致外周静脉炎中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2020年10月萍乡矿业集团有限责任公司总医院收治的74例外周静脉炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(37例)和研究组(37例)。对照组给予喜辽妥软膏,研究组患者给予医用冷敷贴,比较治疗后两组患者的治疗总有效率和治疗总满意度、治疗前后的数字疼痛分级法(NRS)评分和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者NRS、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者NRS、VAS评分均低于本组治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医用冷敷贴可有效减轻血管活性药物所致外周静脉炎患者的临床症状,减轻患者疼痛,提升舒适程度和满意度。Objective To explore the influence of medical cold compress on peripheral phlebitis caused by vasoactive drugs.Methods A total of 74 patients with peripheral phlebitis in General Hospital of Pingxiang Mining Group Co.,Ltd.from March 2020 to October 2020 were divided into the control group(37 cases)and the study group(37 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Xiliaotuo ointment,and the study group was given medical cold compress.The total effective rate and total satisfaction of the two groups of patients after treatment,the numerical rating scale(NRS)score and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the total satisfaction of treatment was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in NRS and VAS scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the NRS and VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical cold compress can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with peripheral phlebitis caused by vasoactive drugs,relieve pain,improve comfort,and satisfaction.
