近二十年中医药治疗蛇咬伤文献的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的运用知识图谱可视化分析方法,探讨近二十年中医药治疗蛇咬伤的研究现状,为进一步治疗蛇咬伤提供思路和依据。方法检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)数据库近二十年(2001—2020年)中医药治疗蛇咬伤的文献,采用Citespace5.7.R5版进行可视化分析,分析内容包括年度发表文献数量、期刊、研究作者、高频被引论文及关键词等。结果共纳入374篇论文,最突出的作者为江西中医药大学附属医院王万春,深圳市中医院曾仲意等,二者合作的团队形成的影响力较大,其次影响力较大的研究团队有南京中医药大学南通附属医院龚旭初等。关键词研究显示蛇咬伤常用干预方法为抗蝮蛇毒血清、中西医结合、季德胜蛇药片以及中药外敷等。结论文献知识图谱直观展示了近二十年来中医药治疗蛇咬伤的概况,有利于挖掘中医药治疗蛇咬伤的特色和方法,为中医药治疗蛇咬伤今后的临床和科研提供参考。Objective To explore the research status of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of snake bite in the past two decades based on visualized analysis of knowledge map,and thus provide thought and basis for the future studies in this field.Methods The literatures on the treatment of snake bite with traditional Chinese medicine in recent 20 years(2001-2020)in China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI)database were searched,Citespace5.7.R5 was used to and analyze literature information,such as published literature number,journal,author,High-frequency cited papers and key words.Results A total of 374 papers were included.The most prominent authors are WANG Wan-chun,the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and ZENG Zhong-yi,Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,etc.The cooperative team of them has a greater influence,subsequently the second influential research team is GONG Xu-chu,Nantong Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.Key word research shows that the common intervention methods of snake bite are anti-pit viper serum,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,Ji Desheng snake tablets and external application of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion The literature knowledge map intuitively shows the general situation of snakebite treated by traditional Chinese medicine in the past 20 years,which is conducive to exploring the characteristics and methods of treating snake bites,and providing reference for the clinical and scientific research about this field in the future.
