摘  要:为满足微型显示器对子像素亮度和色度参数的测试需求,本文将显微物镜引入到成像亮度计方案中,利用高分辨率黑白相机、XYZ三色滤光片和显微物镜等器件,设计并研制了一套显微成像彩色亮度计,实现了微米量级目标的测试。对手机屏幕、微型显示器及标准刻线板进行了测试,实验结果表明,当采用3100万像素分辨率相机和50倍显微镜头时,可实现尺寸小于0.1μm的样品亮度色度测试,校准后亮度测试误差小于1%,不确定度为2.5%(k=2)。In order to meet the requirements of the micro display for the measurement of sub pixel luminance and chromaticity parameters,this paper introduces the micro-objective into the imaging luminance meter scheme.A set of microscopic imaging luminance meter is designed and developed by using high resolution camera,XYZ color filter,micro-objective lens,and the micro level target is tested.The mobile phone screen,micro display and standard reticle are tested.The experimental results show that the luminance and chromaticity of samples with size less than one micron can be measured,when 31 megapixel resolution camera and 50 times micro lens are used.The luminance test error after calibration is less than 1%,and the uncertainty is 2.5%(k=2).
