摘  要:基于航天工程对发动机试车台矢量推力校准的需求,设计出一套适用于现场校准的矢量推力校准装置。通过比较,确定了发动机试车台矢量推力校准装置总体方案,对脉冲式的冲击力源进行了结构设计,并对该激励装置进行了动力学建模及仿真。仿真结果表明,该方案能够满足发动机试车台矢量推力的校准,为后续进一步开展校准工作提供了依据。Based on the aerospace engineering requirements for vector thrust calibration of engine test benches,a set of vector thrust calibration devices suitable for field calibration is designed.The overall scheme of the engine vector thrust calibration system is determined by comparing various schemes,the structural design of the pendulum vector thrust excitation source is carried out,and the dynamics of the excitation device is modeled and the simulated.The simulation results show that the solution can satisfy the calibration of the engine vectorial thrust,which provides a basis for further calibration work.
