摘  要:采用具有不同造粒粒径分布绝缘包覆磁粉心制备FeSiCr磁环样品,测试其物理和电磁性能。结果表明,相比于D50为62.497μm和95.788μm的磁粉心,合适粒径分布(D_(50)为74.290μm)的磁粉心更有利于料粉填充均匀性,减小孔隙尺寸和数量,磁环成形密度更高,能够提升磁环饱和磁感应强度和磁导率,可获得更优异综合性能。Samples of FeSiCr rings were prepared by insulation coating particle of different pelleting particle size distribution and tested for physical and electromagnetic properties.The results show that compared with magnetic particle with D_(50) of 62.497μm and 95.788μm,the powder with the proper particle size distribution(D_(50) is 74.290μm)is more conducive to the uniformity of the powder filling,reducing the pore size and number,and higher density of the forming core,improves the saturation magnetic induction strength and effective permeability of the magnetic ring.more excellent comprehensive performance can be obtained.
