摘 要:运用铜模喷铸制备得到ZM5镁合金,在合金中添加SiC颗粒机械压实制备SiC/ZM5镁合金,采用高温固溶法对其进行加强。测试分析镁合金中加入SiC颗粒引起的晶粒细化效果与组织演变,对不同固溶温度条件下得到的组织特征及SiC颗粒的晶粒细化作用进行测试分析。研究结果表明:SiC/ZM5镁合金中α-Mg具有HCP的晶体结构,当添加SiC后有助于获得大量的形核点,达到细化晶粒的效果。晶界区域聚集了大量的Al,同时还有部分Si存在。固溶工艺可以使晶界部位形成的离异共晶β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)组织与合金基体发生互溶。在第二相转变为其它组织后,可以促进SiC颗粒的转移,并在晶界区域发生聚集。当提高固溶温度后,SiC/ZM5镁合金中共晶相更快消失,硬度减小。The ZM5 magnesium alloy was prepared by spray casting of copper mold,and the SiC/ZM5 magnesium alloy was prepared by adding SiC particles by mechanical compaction,which was strengthened by high temperature solution process.The grain refining effect and microstructure evolution caused by adding SiC particles into magnesium alloy were analyzed.The microstructure characteristics obtained under different solution temperatures and the grain refining effect realized by SiC particles were tested and analyzed.The results show thatα-Mg in SiC/ZM5 magnesium alloy has the crystal structure of HCP,and the addition of SiC is helpful to obtain nucleation points and achieve the effect of grain refinement.A large amount of Al and some Si exist in the grain boundary region.The solution process can make the divorced eutecticβ-Mg_(17)Al_(12) structure formed at the grain boundary interdissolve with the alloy matrix.The transformation of the second phase into other tissues can promote the transfer of SiC particles and agglomerate in the grain boundary region.When the solution temperature is increased,the eutectic phase of SiC/ZM5 magnesium alloy disappears faster and the hardness decreases.
