摘 要:对于高强度、高韧性等高性能挤压型材,挤压筒是不可或缺的加工工具。从挤压筒的结构类型、预应力计算、加热方式和摩擦磨损等方面进行分析后发现:优化挤压筒结构、预防缺陷的产生、提高型材质量和生产效率一直是研究挤压筒的重要内容;对于大断面薄壁挤压型材和大口径管材的生产,预应力钢丝缠绕挤压筒有着明显的优势;通过采用钢丝缠绕-组合式的挤压筒结构,不但可以降低扁挤压筒的加工装配难度,还可以避免其内壁圆弧过渡处出现应力集中,从而提高挤压筒寿命;钢丝缠绕式挤压筒的钢丝在预热和热挤压过程中会产生蠕变和应力松弛现象而影响其预应力增强效果。文章综述了挤压筒预应力计算的一般方法,加热方式和摩擦对挤压筒性能的影响,合理的加热温度和有效的摩擦能提升挤压筒的整体性能。For high strength,high toughness and other high performance extrusion profiles,extrusion container is an indispensable processing tool.Based on the analysis of the structure type,prestress calculation,heating mode and friction and wear of extrusion container,it is found that optimizing the structure of extrusion container,preventing defects,improving the quality and production efficiency of profiles are always the important contents of the study of extrusion container;for the production of thin-walled extruded profiles with large fracture section and large-diameter pipes,the prestressed steel wire winding extrusion container has obvious advantages.By using the structure of steel wire winding combined extrusion container,not only the difficulty of processing and assembly of flat extrusion container can be reduced,but also the stress concentration at the arc transition of inner wall can be avoided,so as to improve the life of extrusion container;the steel wire winding extrusion container produces creep and stress relaxation phenomenon in the process of preheating and hot extrusion,which affects the effect of prestressed reinforcement.The general calculation method of prestress of extrusion container and the influence of heating mode and friction on the performance of extrusion container were reviewed,the overall performance of the extrusion cylinder can be improved by reasonable heating temperature and effective friction.
