摘 要:为了减少选区激光熔化(SLM)制备AlSi10Mg合金时产生的铸态组织缺陷,改善材料性能,采用搅拌摩擦加工(FSP)对SLM制备的AlSi10Mg进行改性,研究了FSP速度对SLM-AlSi10Mg微观组织和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:FSP可以消除SLM-AlSi10Mg合金的孔洞缺陷,使得材料组织细化和均匀化。随着加工速度的提高,材料的晶粒尺寸细化,小角度晶界比例提高,施密特因子降低。与母材相比,FSP加工的AlSi10Mg合金的显微硬度和抗拉强度降低,伸长率大幅提升,主要因为母材中的Si纤维网络破坏。随着加工速度提高,材料的显微硬度和抗拉强度提高,伸长率略有降低。母材和FSP试样均呈现出韧性断裂特征。To eliminate the as-cast microstructure defects of AlSi10Mg alloy prepared by selective laser melting(SLM)and improve the material properties,AlSi10Mg alloy prepared by SLM was modified by friction stir processing(FSP).The influence of FSP speed on the microstructure and mechanical properties of SLM-AlSi10Mg alloy was studied.The results show that the hole defects of SLM-AlSi10Mg alloy can be eliminated by FSP and the microstructure is refined and homogenized.With the increase of processing speed,the grain size is refined,the proportion of low angle grain boundary increases,and the Schmidt factor decreases.Compared with the base metal,the microhardness and tensile strength of AlSi10Mg alloy with FSP processing decrease,and the elongation increases greatly,which are due to the destruction of Si fiber network in the base metal.With the increase of processing speed,the microhardness and tensile strength of the material increase,and the elongation decreases slightly.Both the base metal and FSP samples exhibit ductile fracture characteristic.
