摘  要:对PCrNi3MoV钢的热变形行为进行了研究,采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机进行热压缩试验,研究了PCrNi3MoV钢在形变温度850~1000℃和应变速率0.01~10 s^(-1)时的变形规律,对试验数据进行摩擦和温度修正后建立真应力-真应变曲线,结果呈现明显的动态回复和动态再结晶特征。采用Origin软件建立了PCrNi3MoV钢GMT变形抗力模型,对模型进行验证,结果表明,拟合相关系数为0.9276,模型精度较高。为预测和控制再结晶晶粒尺寸,建立动态再结晶稳态晶粒尺寸模型。以动态材料模型为基础,建立PCrNi3MoV钢在应变为0.14、0.38、0.60和0.76的热加工图,并结合应变为0.60的晶粒组织分析得出PCrNi3MoV钢合适的热加工参数范围为950~1000℃,0.01~0.1 s^(-1)。The hot deformation behavior of PCrNi3MoV steel was studied.The hot compression tests were carried out on Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator to study the deformation law of PCrNi3MoV steel at the deformation temperature of 850-1000℃and the strain rate of 0.01-10 s^(-1).The true stress-true strain curve was established with test data after friction and temperature correction.The results show obvious characteristics of dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization.The GMT deformation resistance model of PCrNi3MoV steel was established by Origin software,and the verification of model was carried out.The results show that the fitting correlation coefficient is 0.9276,and the model has high precision.To predict and control the recrystallization grain size,the steady-state grain size model of dynamic recrystallization was established.Based on the dynamic material model,the hot processing map of PCrNi3MoV steel with strain of 0.14,0.38,0.60 and 0.76 was established.Combined with the analysis of grain structure with strain of 0.60,the suitable hot working parameters range of PCrNi3MoV steel is 950-1000℃,0.01-0.1 s^(-1).
