摘  要:对推压-拉拔复合缩径管坯各变形区域进行了变形分析,采用主应力法对经向应力进行了解析,依次推导出弹性变形区、壁厚减薄区和定径区的经向应力表达式。以凹模出口处管坯的经向应力为边界条件,向管坯中部依次递推,得到变形管坯的经向应力表达式,并以某载重6.5 t胀压成形汽车桥壳管件缩径工艺为例,进行了3种不同芯轴外径的试验,对比了试验和计算结果。结果显示,经向应力试验值的变化趋势与计算结果一致,同时预测出缩径管件发生失稳现象,验证了理论计算的正确性。The deformation analysis in each deformation zone of the tube blank pushing-pulling necking was carried out.The necking stress was analyzed using slab method,and the expressions of radial stress in elastic deformation zone,wall thickness reduction zone and straightening zone were deduced.Taking the meridional stress of the tube blank at the outlet of die as the boundary condition,the necking stress expression of the deformed tube blank was obtained by recursion to the middle of the tube blank.Taking the necking process of a 6.5 t automobile axle housing tube as an example,the tests were carried out with three different mandrel outer diameters,and the test and calculation results were compared.The results show that the change trend of the tested necking stress is consistent with the calculation results.At the same time,the instability of the necking tube is predicted,which verifies the correctness of the theoretical calculation.
