摘　　要：目的观察心痛宁颗粒联合常规治疗对气虚痰瘀型稳定性心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法95例患者随机分为对照组(47例)和观察组(48例),对照组给予常规治疗(肠溶阿司匹林/氯吡格雷、他汀类、β受体阻滞剂等),观察组在对照组基础上加用心痛宁颗粒,疗程12周。检测心绞痛症状评分和疗效、硝酸甘油减停率、中医证候评分和疗效、心电图疗效、SAQ评分、LVEF、安全性指标、主要终点事件变化。结果观察组心绞痛疗效、硝酸甘油减停率、中医证候疗效优于对照组(P<0.01);2组心电图疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组心绞痛症状评分、中医证候评分降低(P<0.01),SAQ评分升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),以观察组更明显(P<0.05,P<0.01);观察组LVEF升高(P<0.01),也高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未发生明显不良反应。结论心痛宁颗粒联合常规治疗可安全有效地改善气虚痰瘀型稳定性心绞痛患者临床症状和心功能,提高生活质量。AIM To observe the clinical effects of Xintongning Granules combined with conventional treatment on patients with stable angina pectoris due to Qi Deficiency and Phlegm Stasis.METHODS Ninety-five patients were randomly assigned into control group(47 cases)for 12-week intervention of conventional treatment(enteric-soluble aspirin/clopidogrel,statins,β-receptor blockers,etc.),and observation group(48 cases)for 12-week intervention of both Xintongning Granules and conventional treatment.The changes in angina pectoris symptom score and efficacy,reduction rate of nitroglycerin,TCM symptom score and efficacy,ECG efficacy,SAQ scores,LVEF,safety indices and main endpoint events were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated better angina pectoris efficacy,reduction rate of nitroglycerin and TCM symptom efficacy than the control group(P<0.01),and no significant difference in ECG efficacy was observable between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased angina pectoris symptom score and TCM symptom score(P<0.01),and increased SAQ scores(P<0.05,P<0.01),especially for the observation group(P<0.05,P<0.01);LVEF was elevated in the observation group(P<0.01),which was also higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups.CONCLUSION For the patients with stable angina pectoris due to Qi Deficiency and Phlegm Stasis,Xintongning Granules combined with conventional treatment can safely and effectively improve clinical symptoms and cardiac functions,and thus enhance their life quality.
