醒脑静注射液联合奥拉西坦对老年脑出血后认知功能障碍患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨醒脑静注射液联合奥拉西坦对老年脑出血后认知功能障碍患者的临床疗效。方法160例患者随机分为对照组(79例)和观察组(81例),对照组给予奥拉西坦,观察组在对照组基础上加用醒脑静注射液,疗程3周。检测临床疗效、MoCA评分、BI、诱发电位(N1、P2、N2、P3)、血清相关指标(NSE、Hcy、hs-CRP)、不良反应发生率变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组MoCA评分、BI升高(P<0.05),诱发电位、血清相关指标降低(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液联合奥拉西坦可安全有效地改善老年脑出血后认知功能障碍患者MoCA评分、BI、脑诱发电位,下调血清NSE、Hcy、hs-CRP水平。AIM To explore the clinical effects of Xingnaojing Injection combined with oxiracetam on elderly patients with cognitive dysfunction after cerebral hemorrhage.METHODS One hundred and sixty patients were randomly assigned into control group(79 cases)for 3-week administration of oxiracetam,and observation group(81 cases)for 3-week administration of both Xingnaojing Injection and oxiracetam.The changes in clinical efficacy,MoCA score,BI,evoked potentials(N1,P2,N2,P3),serum-related indices(NSE,Hcy,hs-CRP)and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed increased MoCA score and BI(P<0.05),and decreased evoked potentials and serum-related indices(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).No significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the elderly patients with cognitive dysfunction after cerebral hemorrhage,Xingnaojing Injection combined with oxiracetam can safely and effectively improve MoCA score,BI and brain evoked potential,and down-regulate serum NSE,Hcy and hs-CRP levels.
