摘　　要：目的研究青龙衣Juglans mandshurica Maxim中木脂素类成分。方法青龙衣甲醇提取物采用硅胶、ODS、半制备HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为juglansol A(1)、蛇菰宁(2)、(-)-dihydrodehy-drodiconiferyl alcohol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)、淫羊藿次苷E4(4)、(+)-松脂醇(5)、(+)-皮树脂醇(6)、(-)-芝麻素(7)、erythro-(7 S,8 R)-guaiacyl-glycerol-β-O-4′-dihydroconiferyl ether(8)、threo-(7 R,8 R)-guaiacyl-glycerol-β-O-4′-dihydroconiferyl ether(9)、erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-O-4′-sinapyl ether(10)、rel-(3 R,3′S,4 R,4′S)-3,3′,4,4′-tetrahydro-6,6′-dimethoxy-[3,3′-bi-2 H-benzopyran]-4,4′-diol(11)、(+)-南烛木树脂酚(12)、(+)-南烛木树脂酚-9′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(13)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study lignans from Jugland mandshurica Maxim.METHODS The methanol extract extract from J.mandshurica was isolated and purified by silica,ODS,and semi-preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Thirteen lignans were isolated and identified as juglansol A(1),balanophonin(2),(-)-dihydrodehy-drodiconiferyl alcohol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),icariside E4(4),(+)-pinoresinol(5),(+)-medioresinol(6),(-)-sesamin(7),erythro-(7 S,8 R)-guaiacyl-glycerol-β-O-4′-dihydroconiferyl ether(8),threo-(7 R,8 R)-guaiacyl-glycerol-β-O-4′-dihydroconiyl ether(9),erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-O-4′-sinapyl ether(10),rel-(3 R,3′S,4 R,4′S)-3,3′,4,4′-tetrahydro-6,6′-dimethoxy-[3,3′-bi-2 H-benzopyran]-4,4′-diol(11),(+)-lyoniresinol(12),(+)-lyoniresinol-9′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(13).CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
