摘　　要：目的研究毛大丁草Gerbera piloselloides Cass.的化学成分。方法毛大丁草95%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、半制备HPLC及重结晶进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为gerbeloid 11(1)、gerbeloid 5(2)、gerbeloid 6(3)、gerbeloid 7(4)、木栓烷(5)、hop-17(21)-en-3β-yl acetate(6)、羽扇豆醇(7)、十六烷酸(8)、cycloisobrachycoumarin(9)、mutisiphenone A(10)、norbrachycourmarin(11)、木栓酮(12)。结论化合物1~4均为光学对映异构体组成的外消旋体,化合物5~8为首次从大丁草属植物中分离得到,化合物9~12为首次从该植物中分离得到,首次报道了化合物1的单晶数据。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Gerbera piloselloides Cass..METHODS The 95%ethanol extract from G.piloselloides was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH-20,semi-preparative HPLC and recrystallization,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as gerbeloid 11(1),gerbeloid 5(2),gerbeloid 6(3),gerbeloid 7(4),friedelane(5),hop-17(21)-en-3β-yl acetate(6),lupeol(7),palmitic acid(8),cycloisobrachycoumarin(9),mutisiphenone A(10),norbrachycourmarin(11),friedelin(12).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-4 are all racemates composed of optical enantiomers.Compounds 5-8 are isolated from genus Gerbera for the first time,and compounds 9-12 are isolated from this plant for the first time.In addition,the single crystal data of compound 1 is firstly reported in this paper.
