摘 要:目的快速鉴别丁公藤、大果飞蛾藤投料的冯了性风湿跌打药酒,并探讨成分差异导致的药酒抗风湿药效差异。方法建立冯了性风湿跌打药酒HPLC指纹图谱,结合主成分分析(PCA)、偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA)发掘不同投料药酒的快速鉴别方法。对差异性成分进行网络药理学研究,探讨成分差异导致的抗风湿药效差异。结果9批样品共标定29个共有峰,通过对照品比对指认其中11个峰,采用PCA及PLS-DA得到3种差异性成分和1种专属性成分,实现不同投料药酒的快速鉴别。差异性成分新绿原酸、隐绿原酸和异绿原酸B主要作用于MAPK、TNF、Chemokine、Toll-like信号通路发挥抗风湿作用。结论该方法可实现以丁公藤、大果飞蛾藤投料的冯了性风湿跌打药酒的快速鉴别,提升冯了性风湿跌打药酒质量控制水平。AIM To rapidly identify Fengliaoxing Fengshi Dieda Wine(FLX)prepared with Caulis Erycibes or Porana sinensis Hemsl,and discuss the difference in anti-rheumatic effect caused by discriminatory compounds.METHODS With the established HPLC fingerprint of FLX,principal component analysis(PCA)and partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)were employed to explore the rapid identification.Network pharmacology was used to explore the difference of anti-rheumatic effect of the discriminatory compounds.RESULTS Twenty-nine common peaks were calibrated for 9 batches of samples,and 11 characteristic peaks were identified by the reference compounds.Three discriminatory compounds and one specific compound were obtained by PCA and PLS-DA analysis for the rapid identification of FLX prepared with different materials.Network pharmacology study revealed that the discriminatory compounds,neochlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid and isochlorogenic acid B,mainly act on MAPK,TNF,Chemokine,Toll-like pathways to exert anti-rheumatic effect.CONCLUSION The method developed in this study can rapidly identify FLX prepared with Caulis Erycibes or P.sinensis,and improve its quality control.
