乳酸菌阴道胶囊在宫颈糜烂伴慢性宫颈炎患者中的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析乳酸菌阴道胶囊在宫颈糜烂伴慢性宫颈炎患者中的应用效果。方法58例宫颈糜烂伴慢性宫颈炎患者,采用信封法分为对照组和观察组,各26例。对照组患者予以宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果、阴道出血量和阴道出血时间。结果观察组患者的阴道出血量<月经量占比88.46%和阴道出血时间<7 d占比84.62%均高于对照组的46.15%、42.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92.31%高于对照组的69.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对宫颈糜烂伴慢性宫颈炎患者,临床给予乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗的效果非常显著,有助于在很大程度上改善患者阴道出血量,缩短出血时间,提高治疗效果。Objective To observe the practical effect of lactobacillus vaginal capsule in patients with cervical erosion and chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 58 patients with cervical erosion and chronic cervicitis were divided into a control group and an observation group according to envelope method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP),and the observation group was treated with lactobacillus vaginal capsule based on the control group.The clinical effect,vaginal bleeding volume and duration of vaginal bleeding between the two groups.Results In the observation group,88.46%of patients had vaginal bleeding volume<menstrual volume and 84.62%of patients had duration of vaginal bleeding<7 d,which were higher than 46.15%and 42.31%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.31%,which was higher than 69.23%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lactobacillus vaginal capsule has significant effect on patients with cervical erosion and chronic cervicitis,which helps to improve the amount of vaginal bleeding,shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding and improve the therapeutic effect.
