临床药师干预在促进抗菌药物合理应用中的作用研究

摘　　要：目的分析临床药师干预在促进抗菌药物合理应用中的作用。方法102例需要使用抗菌药物治疗患者,按照患者是否接受临床药师干预分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组接受基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受临床药师干预。比较两组患者不良反应发生情况、疾病控制时间、住院时间、治疗效果。结果观察组患者不良反应发生率为1.96%,显著低于对照组的21.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者疾病控制时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.08%,高于对照组的78.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床药师干预对于促进抗菌药物合理应用有着重要的作用,能够降低不良反应发生率,提升患者生存质量以及临床疗效,值得进一步在临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the role of clinical pharmacist intervention in promoting the rational use of antibiotics.Methods A total of 102 patients who needed to use antibiotics were divided into a control group and an observation group according to whether the patients received clinical pharmacist intervention,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received basic treatment,and the observation group received clinical pharmacist intervention on the basis of the control group.The occurrence of adverse reactions,disease control time,hospitalization time,and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.96%,which was significantly lower than 21.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disease control time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.08%,which was higher than 78.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacist intervention plays an important role in promoting the rational application of antibiotics,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the quality of life of patients and clinical efficacy.It is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
