摘 要:目的探析末梢血与静脉血在血常规检验中的差异。方法49例接受血常规检验的受检者,分别采集末梢血及静脉血进行检验,比较两种采血方法检测白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血小板计数(PLT)、血红蛋白(Hb)及中间细胞(MXD)的差异。结果静脉血检测的WBC(5.2±0.8)×10^(9)/L、Hb(125.6±9.8)g/L均低于末梢血检测的(6.2±0.9)×10^(9)/L、(133.5±14.7)g/L,RBC(4.3±0.8)×10^(12)/L及PLT(216.3±24.2)×10^(9)/L高于末梢血检测的(3.8±0.5)×10^(12)/L、(165.9±22.2)×10^(9)/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种采血方法的MXD水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。静脉血采血后即刻检测与采血后3 h检测的WBC、RBC、Hb、PLT及MXD水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);静脉血采血后6 h检测的WBC、MXD高于即刻检测,PLT低于即刻检测,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血常规检验期间应用静脉血检测的效果明显高于末梢血检测,能使检测准确性进一步提升,且能进行反复检测,但静脉血需要在抽取后的3 h之内尽快完成相关检测,以降低误差发生率。Objective To discuss and analyze the difference between peripheral blood and venous blood in routine blood test.Methods There were 49 subjects who received routine blood tests,and their peripheral blood and venous blood were collected for testing.The differences in white blood cell count(WBC),red blood cell count(RBC),platelet count(PLT),hemoglobin(Hb)and intermediate cells(MXD)detected by two blood collection methods.Results The WBC(5.2±0.8)×10^(9)/L and Hb(125.6±9.8)g/L of the venous blood test were lower than(6.2±0.9)×10^(9)/L and(133.5±14.7)g/L of the peripheral blood test,and RBC(4.3±0.8)×10^(12)/L and PLT(216.3±24.2)×10^(9)/L were higher than(3.8±0.5)×10^(12)/L,(165.9±22.2)×10^(9)/L of the peripheral blood test,and the difference was statistical Academic significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the MXD level between the two blood collection methods(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the WBC,RBC,Hb,PLT and MXD levels detected immediately after blood sampling and 3 h after blood sampling(P>0.05).The WBC and MXD detected at 6 h after the venous blood collection were higher than the immediate test,and PLT was lower than the immediate test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the routine blood test,venous blood test has better effect than that of peripheral blood test,which can further improve the accuracy of detection,and tested repeatedly,but venous blood needs to complete the relevant detection within 3 h after extraction,so as to reduce the incidence of error.
