外加剂对硫氧镁水泥的性能影响

摘　　要：硫氧镁水泥是一类使用时间较长的水泥,通过在硫氧镁水泥中加入柠檬酸、磷酸三钠和三聚磷酸钠三种外加剂,研究外加剂对硫氧镁水抗压强度、抗折强度的影响,并且通过XRD和SEM研究外加剂对硫氧镁水泥水化产物和微观结构组织的影响。研究结果表明,柠檬酸能够提高硫氧镁水泥的强度,磷酸三钠和三聚磷酸钠对硫氧镁水泥的影响较小。Magnesium oxysulfate cement is a kind of cement that has a long service life.In this paper,citric acid,sodium triphosphate and sodium tripolyphosphate,were added to magnesium oxysulfate cement to study the effect of additives on the compressive strength and flexural strength of magnesium oxysulfate water of additives on the hydration products and microstructure of magnesium oxysulfate cement is studied by XRD and SEM.The results show that citric acid can improve the strength of magnesium oxysulfate cement,and sodium triphosphate and sodium tripolyphosphate have little effect on magnesium oxysulfate cement.
