摘  要:目的探究磁共振在肛门直肠周围脓肿、肛瘘诊断中的应用价值。方法以2016年6月至2019年6月收治的89例疑似肛门直肠周围脓肿、肛瘘患者作为研究对象,均为其实施磁共振检查,并分析检查结果。结果经磁共振检查,共计检出肛门直肠周围脓肿149个,包括括约肌间脓肿、坐骨肛门窝脓肿、骨盆直肠间隙脓肿、肛门周围脓肿、直肠黏膜下脓肿;共计检出肛瘘60个,包括括约肌间型肛瘘、经括约肌型肛瘘、括约肌外型肛瘘、括约肌上型肛瘘。磁共振对肛门直肠周围脓肿的诊断灵敏度为97.67%,特异度为66.67%,准确度为96.63%;对肛瘘的诊断灵敏度为91.30%,特异度为95.35%,准确度为93.26%。结论磁共振对肛门直肠周围脓肿、肛瘘的诊断价值较高,值得推广。Objective To explore the application value of magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis of perianorectal abscess and anal fistula.Methods A total of 89 patients with suspected perianorectal abscess and anal fistula admitted in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects,all of whom underwent magnetic resonance imaging,and the examination results were analyzed.Results A total of 149 perianorectal abscesses were detected by magnetic resonance imaging,including inter sphincter abscess,sciatic anal fossa abscess,pelvic rectal space abscess,perianal abscess and rectal submucosal abscess;a total of 60 anal fistulas were detected by magnetic resonance imaging,including inter sphincter anal fistula,trans sphincter anal fistula,external sphincter anal fistula and suprasphincter anal fistula.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of perianorectal abscess were 97.67%,66.67%and 96.63%,respectively;the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of anal fistula were 91.30%,95.35%and 93.26%,respectively.Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging has high diagnostic value for perianorectal abscess and anal fistula,which is worth popularizing.
