基于自我管理APP的医护一体化抗凝护理对慢性下肢深静脉血栓患者凝血-纤溶功能及血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于自我管理APP的医护一体化抗凝护理在慢性下肢深静脉血栓中的应用价值。方法将150例慢性下肢深静脉血栓患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各75例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于自我管理APP的医护一体化抗凝护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果出院时,观察组的TM、t-PAIC、PIC、vWF、ET-1水平均低于对照组,TAT水平、生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于自我管理APP的医护一体化抗凝护理可改善慢性下肢深静脉血栓患者的凝血-纤溶功能与血管内皮功能,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the application value of integrated medical-care anticoagulant nursing based on self-management APP in chronic deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity.Methods A total of 150 patients with chronic deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervene,and the observation group was given integrated medical-care anticoagulant nursing based on self-management APP intervene.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At discharge,the levels of TM,t-PAIC,PIC,vWF and ET-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the TAT level and scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated medical-care anticoagulant nursing based on self-management APP can improve the coagulation-fibrinolytic function and vascular endothelial function in patients with chronic deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity,and improve the quality of life.
