摘 要:翼形翅片的印刷电路板式换热器(Printed Circuit Heat Exchanger,PCHE)是一种新型高效紧凑的微通道热交换器,具有紧凑、耐高温、耐高压等优点,在太阳能、液化天然气和核能等清洁能源领域受到广泛的关注。针对翼形翅片PCHE在FNaBe为工质流体的高温熔盐换热器方面的应用,利用数值模拟和正交实验设计的方法研究了不同翼形翅片排布方式在能量利用效率方面的表现并进行了参数优化。对优化的排布方式进行了对流换热以及压降特性的研究,并总结了Nu和f因子的经验关系式。[Background]Printed circuit heat exchanger(PCHE)with airfoil fins is a new type of microchannel heat exchanger with high efficiency and compactness,which has the advantages of high-temperature and high pressure resistance.In the field of clean energy such as solar,liquefied natural gas and nuclear energy,PCHE with airfoil fins has received widespread attention.[Purpose]This study aims to optimize the structural parameters of PCHE with airfoil fins through numerical simulation,and summarize the heat transfer characteristics.[Methods]The computational fluid dynamics program Fluent was employed to design and optimize the structure of PCHE in high temperature molten salt heat exchanger with FNaBe as working fluid.The thermal-hydraulic characteristics such as pressure drop and convective heat transfer coefficient of different airfoil fins arrangements were simulated and compared.Thereafter,orthogonal experimental design was used to find out the arrangement of airfoil fins with the highest energy efficiency.A series of operating conditions were simulated to study the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of the best arrangement.[Results]The arrangement of airfoil fins has the highest energy efficiency when the horizontal distance is 4 mm,vertical distance is 9 mm,and staggered distance is 4 mm.Two correlations were developed to predict heat transfer and pressure drop performance.[Conclusions]This study provides a useful reference for the design of PCHE with airfoil fins in molten salt reactor.
