摘　　要：随着涂料行业的快速发展,行业涉及的危险废物种类不断增加,对危险废物的管理成为影响涂料行业可持续发展的关键性因素。从颜料生产、涂料制造及涂装使用3个阶段入手,通过对涂料行业工艺流程及典型危险废物产生节点的分析,梳理典型危险废物种类及处理处置方法,以期为我国涂料行业危险废物的监管提供参考。同时,从简化水性涂料固体废物属性鉴别程序、开展粉末涂料危险废物管理研究工作和加强对涂料下游使用企业的环境监管3方面提出环境管理建议。The rapid development of the coating industry leads to a significant increase in the types of hazardous waste involved in the industry.The management of hazardous waste has become a key factor affecting the sustainable development of the coating industry.Starting from the three stages of pigment production,paint manufacturing and coating application,the process flow of the coating industry and the generation nodes of typical hazardous waste were analyzed,and the types of typical hazardous wastes and their treatment and disposal methods were sorted out,in order to provide reference for the supervision of hazardous wastes in China′s coating industry.Also,the environmental management countermeasures for coating industry were put forward from three aspects,including simplifying the identification procedures of water-based paint solid waste attributes,carrying out researches on the management of powder coatings and strengthening the environmental supervision of downstream coating enterprises.
