摘 要:我国水泥工业对可燃废弃物的有效利用不仅起步晚,而且发展缓慢,直到“十三五”末还没有一条水泥生产线应用真正意义上的“替代燃料”。现有的十种可燃废弃物处置技术模式还都停留在发达国家30多年前一家一户、效率极低的水泥窑协同处置可燃废弃物的初级阶段。因此,我国水泥工业热量替代率TSR是很低的,至2019年底,根据推算最高约为3.2%,还有人说至2020年底仅为2%。水泥工业大量地应用“替代燃料”,不仅是“节能减排”的重要途径,同时也是实现碳达峰、碳中和最现实的最佳举措之一。因此,我国水泥工业当前应大力发展“替代燃料”产业。The effective utilization of combustible waste in China's cement industry not only started late,but also developed slowly.Until the end of the“Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”period,there was not a cement production line to use“alternative fuels”in the true sense.The existing ten types of combustible waste disposal technology models are still at the initial stage of co-processing combustible waste in a cement kiln with very low efficiency more than 30 years ago in developed countries.Therefore,the TSR of China's cement industry heat replacement rate is very low.By the end of 2019,it is estimated that the highest is about 3.2%,and some people say that it will only be 2%by the end of 2020.The massive application of H alternative fuels**in the cement industry is not only an important way to“energy-saving and emission reduction”,but also one of the most realistic and best measures to achieve carbon peaks and carbon neutrality.Therefore,China's cement industry should vigorously develop the‘alternative fuel’ industry.
