摘　　要：高血压是全球心血管疾病与早发死亡的主要原因,其危害不仅源于高血压本身,更源于其造成的靶器官损害,目前尚无有效根治方法。转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、Wnt-β联蛋白(β-catenin)、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPARs)这3条信号通路均是参与调控细胞增殖、分化、迁移和凋亡及介导血管炎症与应激的重要途径,在高血压及其靶器官损害进程中关系密切。目前对于它们各自对高血压及其靶器官损害的影响与作用机制已有较为深入的研究,但通过三者形成的复杂调节网络信号轴系统来阐析TGF-β、Wnt-β-catenin、PPARs在高血压及其靶器官损害中的关联和交互作用关系的研究较少,未来需基于此思路展开深入研究,以为高血压的治疗提供新方向。Hypertension is the leading cause of cardiovascular diseases and early death in the world.Its damage comes not only from hypertension itself,but also from hypertensive target organ damage,for which,there is no effective cure currently.Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),Wnt-β-catenin and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors(PPARs)signaling pathways are three important pathways involved in regulation of cell proliferation,differentiation,migration and apoptosis,and mediation of vascular inflammation and stress,which are closely related to each other in both hypertension and hypertensive target organ damage.Influence of these three pathways on hypertension and hypertensive target organ damage has been well elucidated separately.However,an integral idea of exploring the role and importance of TGF-β,Wnt-β-catenin,and PPARs pathways as an overall regulatory axis and a complex signaling network,along with the relevance of these three pathways and their interaction in hypertension and hypertensive target organ damage have yet rarely been discussed from a systematic view.Research work based on this concept should be done in depth in the future so as to provide novel ideas for the treatment of hypertension.
