摘  要:心房颤动是临床上最常见的心律失常之一,脑卒中作为其并发症严重危害人类健康。左心耳是心房颤动患者血栓形成的主要部位,其结构复杂,个体间形态学差异较大。随着检查技术的发展,左心耳的解剖结构及功能异常已被证明是血栓形成的独立危险因素,研究左心耳形态、结构和功能机制的改变对预防心房颤动患者脑卒中事件的发生具有重要意义。近年来左心耳血栓的防治也成为研究热点。除抗凝药物作为预防血栓最基本的治疗方法外,还包括器械以及手术干预等,尤其是左心耳封堵术以微创、安全性高及并发症较少等优势正逐渐被研究及推广。Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common arrhythmias in clinical practice,and stroke as its complication seriously endangers human health.The left atrial appendage is the main site of thrombosis in patients with atrial fibrillation,which has a complex structure and large morphological differences between individuals.With the development of examination technology,abnormal anatomical structure and function of left atrial appendage has been proved to be an independent risk factor for thrombosis,studying the changes in the shape,structure and functional mechanism of which is of great significance in preventing stroke events in the patients with atrial fibrillation.The prevention and treatment of left atrial appendage thrombosis has also become a research hotspot in recent years.Besides anticoagulant drugs as the most basic treatment to prevent thrombosis,devices and surgical intervention are also used,especially left atrial appendage occlusion is gradually being studied and promoted due to its advantages of minimally invasiveness,high safety and fewer complications.
