摘 要:采用微波辅助提取法,通过单因素和正交试验优化提取条件,利用聚酰胺-大孔吸附树脂联用法富集纯化提取样品中的总黄酮,研究竹叶花椒中总黄酮的提取和富集纯化工艺。试验确定最佳提取工艺参数为乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶30(g/mL),微波功率400 W,提取温度80℃,提取时间25 min,总黄酮得率达到9.20%。以60%乙醇为洗脱液,聚酰胺-大孔吸附树脂联合吸附纯化总黄酮收率和纯度分别为43.50%和42.54%,效果优于单独使用吸附剂。To investigate the extraction,enrichment and purification of flavonoids from Zanthoxylum armatum DC,the microwave-assisted extraction method was used to optimize the extraction conditions by single factor and orthogonal test,and the total flavonoids in the samples were enriched and purified by the combined method of polyamide-macroporous adsorption resin.The optimal extraction process was that 60%ethanol,the ration of material to liquid 1∶30(g/mL),microwave power 400 W,extraction temperature 80℃,extraction time 25 min and the total flavonoid extraction rate could reach 9.20%.When the eluent was 60%ethanol,the yield and purity of total flavonoids in the combined adsorption and purification of polyamide-macroporous resin were 43.50%and 42.54%,which was better than that of adsorbent alone.
