摘  要:与单桨船不同,四桨船各螺旋桨在运转过程中负荷不同。当前四桨船推进器的设计多以一个干扰因子来表征内外桨负荷差,而一个干扰因子难以反映内外桨负荷差产生的原因,因此往往给设计带来困难。本文使用CFD方法对四桨船内外桨负荷分配问题进行研究,首先以大连理工大学拖曳水池的PM06模型为基础进行不确定度分析,验证了该数值计算方法的准确性,然后对本文所研究的四桨船进行研究。结果表明四桨船内桨负荷大于外桨,且负荷差产生的原因主要有三个方面:(1)船体形状造成的船尾流场不均匀性对桨的影响;(2)内外桨在敞水中相互间产生的干扰;(3)内外桨之间的干扰在船尾不均匀流场中的合成。据此,本文将四桨船伴流分为三部分:原生伴流、干扰伴流和次生伴流,并计算了该船各部分伴流所占比例,以更好地指导四桨船的推进器设计。Unlike a single-screw ship,the load of each propeller of a quadruple-screw ship is different.During the process of design of a quadruple-screw ship’s propulsion,the difference between the loads of inboard and outboard propellers is always indicated with an interference factor.However,only one interference factor can hardly reflect the difference between the loads of the inboard and outboard propellers.Before investigation on this four-propeller ship,an uncertainty analysis was carried out on another four-propeller ship of DUT(Dalian University of Technology)numbered PM06 to make sure the numerical method was reliable.This paper presents an investigation on load distribution of inboard and outboard propellers.The results indicate that the load of inboard propeller is bigger than that of outboard propeller and the difference is caused by three reasons:(1)The nonuniformity of wake caused by the shape of a ship influenceing the performance of the propeller;(2)The interference between inboard and outboard propellers in the condition of open water;(3)An additional effect making by the wake on the interference between inboard and outboard propellers.According to this,the wake is divided into three kinds:original wake,secondary wake and interference wake.
