摘  要:癌症化学预防是应用天然或合成物质抑制或逆转癌症的发生发展过程的方法,是降低癌症发病率和死亡率的重要策略。当归化学成分多样,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用,在癌症化学预防方面具有良好潜力。本文聚焦于当归及其活性成分在预防癌症发生和转移方面的实验研究,从减少氧化应激、抑制炎症反应、干预治疗与癌症相关的慢性纤维化疾病、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞转移和调控肿瘤微环境基质细胞等角度探讨其发挥癌症化学预防作用的相关机制,以期为癌症预防探寻新方法。Cancer chemoprevention is a method of using natural or synthetic substances to inhibit or reverse the occurrence and development of cancer,is an important strategy to reduce the morbidity and mortality of cancer.There are many kinds of components in Angelica sinensis,which possessing various pharmacological activities,such as anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation and anti-tumor,with great potential in cancer chemoprevention.This article focuses on current experimental research progress of Angelica sinensis and its active ingredients in preventing carcinogenesis and metastasis.The relevant mechanisms in cancer chemoprevention were explored from the perspectives of reducing oxidative stress,inhibiting inflammatory response,intervening cancer-associated chronic fibrosis,inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,inducing tumor cell apoptosis,inhibiting tumor cell metastasis and regulating tumor microenvironment stromal cells.This article is useful to explore new methods for cancer prevention.
