从“心肝肾”论治围绝经期广泛性焦虑症

摘　　要：该文基于围绝经期女性的病理生理特点,以"肾虚为致病之本""肝郁为致病之标""心神不宁为病变表现"展开探讨,认为肾精亏虚是围绝经期广泛性焦虑症的发病基础,肝郁不舒为其重要的发病因素,心神不宁是其主要的发病表现。治疗此类病症当补肾与解郁并举,以培补肾精,调理脏腑功能为本,兼以疏肝解郁,调畅情志,使心神得养,脏腑得调,气血阴阳复归平衡,则疾病得愈。Based on the pathophysiological characteristics of perimenopausal women,this paper discusses"kidney deficiency as the basis of disease"Liver depression as the standard of disease"and"Restlessness as the manifestation of disease",it is believed that deficiency of kidney essence is the basis of generalized anxiety disorder in perimenopausal period,liver depression is an important factor,and restlessness is the main manifestation.The treatment of this kind of disease should be combined with tonifying kidney and relieving depression,nourishing kidney essence and regulating viscera function as the basis,and soothing the liver and relieving depression and regulating the mood,so that the mind is nourished,the viscera adjusted,and the Qi and blood yin and yang return to balance.At last,the disease will heal.At the end of this paper,a medical case is listed in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of perimenopausal generalized anxiety disorder.
