平乐滑膜炎膏外敷在小儿髋关节滑膜炎中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:观察平乐滑膜炎膏外敷对小儿髋关节滑膜炎中的临床效果。方法:选取符合标准的96例髋关节滑膜炎患儿按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组给予卧床休息、患肢皮肤牵引、健康教育、磁热疗法等常规方法。观察组在对照组基础上加用平乐滑膜炎膏外敷。2组均以7d为1疗程,疗程为2周。比较2组患儿出、入院时患肢疼痛及髋关节活动度评分、家属的满意度。结果:2组患儿出院时疼痛评分与入院时相比差异有统计学意义,χ^(2)=7.454,P=0.008;出院时髋关节活动度观察组效果比对照组有显著性好转,χ^(2)=10.779,P=0.001;观察组患儿髋关节内收、屈曲、内旋、外旋活动度较入院时评分有显著性差异(P<0.05);对照组和观察组患儿及家长对治疗体验的满意度差异有统计学意义,χ^(2)=4.979,P=0.026。结论:常规治疗方法配合平乐滑膜炎膏外敷应用于儿童髋关节滑膜炎,效果显著,家属满意度高,无不良反应,益于临床应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of external application of Pingle Synovitis Ointment on children with hip synovitis.Methods:Select 96 children with hip synovitis that meet the criteria and divide them into a control group and an observation group with 48 cases each according to the random number method.The control group was given conventional methods such as bed rest,skin traction of the affected limb,health education,and magnetothermal therapy.The observation group was applied externally with Pingle synovitis ointment on the basis of the control group.In both groups,7 days was used as a course of treatment,and the course of treatment was 2 weeks.Comparing the two groups of children with limb pain and hip joint range of motion scores at the time of discharge and admission,and the satisfaction of family members.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the pain scores between the two groups of children when they were discharged from the hospital,χ^(2)=7.454,P=0.008;the effect of the hip joint range of motion observation group at discharge was significantly better than that of the control group,χ^(2)=10.779,P=0.001;the hip adduction,flexion,internal rotation,and external rotation of the observation group were significantly different from the scores at admission (P<0.05);the control and observation group children and their parents were satisfied with the treatment experience The degree difference is statistically significant,χ^(2)=4.979,P=0.026.Conclusion:The conventional treatment method combined with external application of Pingle synovitis ointment in children with hip synovitis has a significant effect,high family satisfaction and no adverse reactions,which is beneficial to clinical application.
