红茴香及其活性成分治疗骨关节炎研究概况

摘　　要：骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是常见的慢性退行性骨关节疾病,主要的临床症状有关节疼痛、僵硬、肿大、活动障碍等。红茴香为中国特有的木兰科八角属植物,目前已存在大量其治疗跌打损伤、胸腹疼痛、风寒湿痹等症的研究报道。红茴香活性成分槲皮素和山柰酚为天然黄酮类化合物,已有较多研究证实二者对OA具有治疗作用。本文就红茴香及其活效成分对OA的治疗作用做一综述。Osteoarthritis(OA)is a common chronic degenerative bone and joint disease.The main clinical symptoms include joint pain,stiffness,swelling,and movement disorders.Red fennel is a peculiar Magnoliaceae plant of the octagonal genus in China.At present,there have been a large number of research reports on its treatment of bruises,chest and abdomen pain,wind-cold-dampness arthralgia and other diseases.The active ingredients of red fennel,quercetin and kaempferol,are natural flavonoids,and many studies have confirmed that they have a therapeutic effect on OA.This article reviews the therapeutic effects of red fennel and its active ingredients on OA.
