摘  要:雇主是劳动关系的主体之一。但是长期以来,学界对其组织关注程度远不如工会,直到20世纪90年代,这一情况才得到更多重视。目前,对于雇主组织的研究集中于雇主组织形成的动因、雇主组织的类型、角色与功能、雇主组织在发展过程中所面临的挑战及其应对等方面。本文通过对国外学界所关注的主要问题进行总结与归纳,试图对雇主组织的现有研究成果作一个全景性的呈现。基于此,本文的结论部分提出了现有研究的不足以及未来的研究方向,以期为我国劳动关系三方机制及雇主组织的研究和实践提供借鉴。Employer is one of the main bodies of labor relations,but Employer organization had drawn far less attention from the academic circles than labor unions for a long time until the 1990s during which the situation began to change.At present,the research on employer organization focuses on the motivation of its formation,its types,its roles and functions,challenges faced during the process of its development and its responses to these challenges.By summarizing the main issues focused by the foreign academic community,this paper tries to present the current research findings about employer organizations in a comprehensive way.On this basis,in order to provide reference for research and practice in terms of the tripartite mechanism of labor relations and employer organizations in China,the paper puts forward what lacks in the current research and what needs to do in the future research in the conclusion.
