针灸联合活血祛风外洗方治疗2型糖尿病合并慢性湿疹的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸联合活血祛风外洗方辨证治疗2型糖尿病合并血瘀风燥证慢性湿疹患者的疗效。方法:选取广州新海医院2019年1月至2020年12月期间收治的70例2型糖尿病合并血瘀风燥证慢性湿疹患者,采用随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,各35例。所有患者均进行降糖等基础治疗,对照组采用口服依巴斯汀片联合外涂糠酸莫米松乳膏西医常规治疗,观察组采用针灸联合活血祛风外洗方治疗。分别观察两组患者治疗前后的湿疹面积及严重度指数(EASI)评分、瘙痒程度视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG);记录患者的药物不良反应。结果:治疗后两组患者的EASI评分均有不同程度降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的瘙痒程度VAS评分均有不同程度降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的FPG、2h PG较治疗前均无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率为80.00%,与对照组的85.71%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为0.00%,低于对照组的17.14%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合活血祛风外洗方治疗2型糖尿病合并血瘀风燥证慢性湿疹疗效良好,且不良反应少。Objective To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with Huoxue Qu Feng external washing prescription in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and chronic eczema with blood stasis and wind dryness syndrome.Methods 70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and chronic eczema with blood stasis and wind dryness syndrome were selected from January 2019 to December 2020 in Guangzhou Xinhai Hospital.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 35 cases in each group.All the patients were given basal treatment such as hypoglycemia,and the control group was treated with oral Ebastine Tablets combined with Mometasone Furoate Cream,while observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Huoxue Qufeng external washing formula.The eczema area and severity index(EASI),pruritus VAS score,fasting blood glucose(FPG)and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)were observed before and after treatment;adverse drug reactions were recorded.Results After treatment,the EASI score of the two groups were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05)and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pruritus VAS of the two groups were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and pruritus VAS of observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Two groups had no significant difference in FPG and 2 hPG before and after treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 80.00%,while that of control group was 85.71%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of side effect in the observation group was 0.00%,while that in control group was 17.14%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Huoxue Qu Feng external washing prescription is effective in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus and chronic eczema with blood stasis and wind dryness syndrome,with low side effects.
