空心加压螺纹钉加带缝匠肌骨瓣移植治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察和分析青壮年股骨颈骨折患者应用空心加压螺纹钉加带缝匠肌骨瓣移植治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年2月至2020年2月在三明市中西医结合医院接受治疗的62例青壮年股骨颈骨折患者,采用数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组予以单纯空心螺钉内固定术治疗,观察组予以空心加压螺纹钉加带缝匠肌骨瓣移植治疗,回顾性分析两组的临床治疗情况和效果。结果:两组患者的手术时间和术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者住院时间和骨折愈合时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为93.55%,明显高于对照组的80.65%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在股骨头坏死率方面,观察组患者股骨头坏死率(0.00%)显著低于对照组(12.90%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对青壮年股骨颈骨折患者应用空心加压螺纹钉加带缝匠肌骨瓣移植治疗的效果显著,住院时间短、恢复速度快,坏死率低。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effects of hollow compression screw nails and sartorius muscle bone flap transplantation in young and middle-aged patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods Selected 62 young and middle-aged patients with femoral neck fractures who were treated in Sanming Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2018 to February 2020.They were divided into control group and observation group by number table method,each with 31 example.The control group was treated with hollow screw internal fixation alone,and the observation group was treated with hollow compression screw nail and sartorius muscle bone flap transplantation.The clinical treatment situation and effect of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);the hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than the control group’s 80.65%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the rate of femoral head necrosis,the rate of femoral head necrosis of the observation group(0.00%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(12.90%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For young and middle-aged patients with femoral neck fracture,the effect of hollow compression screw nail and sartorius muscle bone flap transplantation is significant,the hospitalization time is short,the recovery speed is fast,the necrosis rate is low,and the clinical effect is high.
