格列吡嗪控释片联合盐酸二甲双胍肠溶胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探究给予2型糖尿病患者格列吡嗪控释片联合盐酸二甲双胍肠溶胶囊的应用效果。方法:选择2019年1月至2019年12月期间在漯河市第三人民医院治疗的102例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为两组,每组51例,其中一组用格列吡嗪控释片治疗(单用组),另一组在此基础上联合盐酸二甲双胍肠溶胶囊治疗(联用组)。两组患者均持续治疗3个月,观察治疗前后的血糖水平、不良反应发生率以及临床疗效。结果:单用组患者和联用组的血糖水平在治疗前相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗后,联用组的血糖水平明显优于单用组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单用组患者的不良反应发生率高于联用组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联用组治疗总有效率明显高于单用组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:格列吡嗪控释片联合盐酸二甲双胍肠溶胶囊对2型糖尿病患者具有较好的应用效果,能够有效控制其血糖水平,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of glipizide controlled-release tablets combined with metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated capsules for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),and to analyze its value.Method 102 diabetic patients who were treated in the Third People’s Hospital of Luohe City from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,each with 51 cases,one of which was treated with Glycine Pyrazine controlled-release tablets were treated(single use group),and the other group was treated with metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated capsules on this basis(combined group).Both groups of patients were treated continuously for 3 months,and the blood glucose levels,incidence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment.Results The blood glucose levels of patients in the single-use group and the combination group were not statistically different before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the blood glucose levels of the combination group were significantly better than those of the single-use group,and the difference was statistically significant Academic significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the single-use group was higher than that of the combination group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was significantly higher than that of the single-use group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Glipizide controlled-release tablets combined with metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated capsules have a good application effect on patients with T2DM,which can effectively control their blood glucose levels and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
