黄石矿冶生态文化建设基本路径研究

摘　　要：近年来,黄石市政府及其相关职能部门开始重视生态文化建设,取得了很大成效,但生态环保的监管和执法力度有待加强,一些企业生态环保意识淡薄,缺乏长远考虑,矿冶生态文化建设任重道远。加强矿冶生态文化建设有助于推动建设美丽黄石,实现生态立市、产业强市的战略目标;有助于黄石打造国家历史文化名城和创建国家级生态文明建设示范市。为此,文章提出建立健全矿冶生态文化建设制度体系,制定矿冶生态文化建设方案,培养矿冶生态型生产生活方式,加强矿冶生态文化宣传教育,加快矿山生态环境修复,提升矿冶生态文创产品品味等矿冶生态文化建设的基本路径,以期为黄石生态文明建设提供一定的实践参考。Huangshi municipal government and its relevant functional departments have begun to attach importance to the construction of urban ecological culture and achieved great results in recent years.However,the supervision and law enforcement of ecological environmental protection by the government and functional departments still need to be strengthened.Some enterprises have weak awareness of ecological environmental protection,and lack of long-term consideration,thus the construction of mining and metallurgy ecological culture has a long way to go.Strengthening the construction of mining and metallurgy ecological culture is not only helpful to promote the construction of beautiful Huangshi and realize the strategic goal of ecological city and strong city industry.It also helps Huangshi to build a national historical and cultural city and establish a national ecological civilization construction demonstration city.Therefore,this paper puts forward a series of basic approaches to the construction of mining and metallurgy ecological culture:to establish mining and metallurgy ecological culture system,to propose the mining ecological culture construction scheme,to develop the mining ecological production way of life,to enhance the promotion of the mining ecological culture education,to speed up the mine ecological environment restoration,and to enhance the taste of ecological cultural and creative products of mining and metallurgy,etc.
